Why can't I send email?

There are a number of reasons that you may not be able to send email, here are a few of the more common ones:

1. Your settings are incorrect in your email application
2. Your need to turn on SMTP authentication in your email application
3. You have a anti-virus program and/or firewall blocking your outbound email
4. Your ISP may be blocking port 25 (SMTP ). (Try changing to port 26.)
5. You are sending from a blacklisted IP address

These are a few things to check when having issues, as always, you can submit a support ticket and we will be happy to help you sort out any issues. Please be sure to include any specific error messages and codes you receive from your email application.
