You can upgrade or downgrade your account easily and there will be no interruption to your hosting services. Any changes to your billing rate will be reflected on your next invoice. If you have pre-paid for hosting, a credit will be applied for the un-used portion of your balance.

How to upgrade/downgrade:

Login to the MyAccount area:

Open a ticket with the billing department with the following information:

- Your name and domain name
- Your current plan and desired new plan

Please note that we do not give partial refunds for account downgrades.
NOTE: All upgrade/ downgrade requests must originate from the registered account owner
