Domain Center

Use our Domain Center to register a new domain name, transfer an existing domain name (from another registrar) or to manage any domain names you have already registered with ZingServe. Please note that it's not necessary to transfer your domain name in order to host your web site with ZingServe. All that's needed is to point the name servers to the ZingServe name servers. This information is provided in your welcome email. We're more than happy to assist you with transfers, name server changes or moving your web sites.

Managing Your Domain Name

If your domain is registered through ZingServe you can make record changes through our Domain Center. Under the section "Manage Your Domain" enter your domain name and the password you entered when initially registering the domain name. If you don't remember the password please let us know and we will create a new password for you. Please create a support ticket for all password-related requests. 

Transferring a Domain Name You Already Own

If you're transferring a domain name you've already registered at another registrar, look for the link to "Transfer a Domain Name" (in our Domain Center). You'll be asked for the Authorization Key. This key must be obtained from your current registrar, and is required before submitting a transfer order. When contacting your current registrar to get this key, make sure they have unlocked your domain name to allow a transfer. 

Your current registrar may send a verification email to the Administrative contact address you have on file with them. This is usually sent within a few hours/days of submitting your transfer order. Be sure to watch for this email and carefully follow the instructions. If you don't respond to the verification request the transfer will be cancelled. In this case you'll have to start the transfer process from the beginning.
